光纤激光机器人三维切割系统是集三维六轴联动、高柔性、低成本于一体的智能化光机电产品。该产品主要利用机器人的空间运动优势和光纤激光柔性传输的特点来实现白车身冲压件的三维修边、切孔、分离,从而取代传统的模具加工。重点分析了系统在研发过程中的几项关键技术:控制系统的设计与集成、离线自动编程软件系统的研发、车身覆盖件三维激光切割夹具的设计、机器人激光切割头系统的研制、白车身薄板类金属的光纤激光加工工艺的研究等。该系统的研发成功,将大大缩短样车研制周期,对我国自主品牌汽车业的发展有着重要的战略意义。
Fiber laser robot 3D cutting system is a set of three-dimensional six-axis linkage, high flexibility, low cost in one of the intelligent optical mechanical and electrical products. The product mainly uses the advantages of the robot’s space motion and the flexible transmission of the fiber laser to realize the three-dimensional trimming, hole cutting and separation of the white body stampings, thus replacing the traditional mold processing. The key technologies in the R & D process are analyzed emphatically: the design and integration of control system, the research and development of off-line automatic programming software system, the design of three-dimensional laser cutting fixture for body cover, the development of robotic laser cutting head system, Metal-like fiber laser processing technology research. The successful development of the system will greatly shorten the prototype vehicle development cycle, the development of China’s own brand automotive industry has an important strategic significance.
