各有关单位:按照《国务院办公厅关于深化安全生产专项整治工作的通知》(国办发[2003]60号)要求,为消除全市餐饮服务业液化石油气使用中的安全隐患,保证社会公共安全,保障广大液化石油气用户和液化石油气供应企业的合法权益,防止群死群伤重大恶性火灾爆炸事故的发生,根据有关法律法规和技术规范的规定,特制定了《北京市餐饮服务业使用瓶装液化石油气安全要求》(以下简称《安全要求》),现予印发。
