近来,国内都在试制立式离心浇铸机。该设备关键之一是要求带动模具转动的三台电动机必须同步。我校附属工厂承接了北京轧辊厂离心浇铸机的电气部分,经两年多来的运行,证明本系统不仅能满足生产工艺要求,而且线路可靠、调整维修简单、大大节约电力的消耗。现将本系统简单介绍如下:
Recently, domestic vertical centrifugal casting machine trial. One of the keys to the device is that the three motors required to drive the mold to rotate must be synchronized. The subsidiary factory of our school undertook the electrical part of centrifugal casting machine of Beijing Roll Mill. After more than two years of operation, the system proves that the system can not only meet the requirements of the production process, but also has the advantages of reliable lines, simple adjustment and maintenance, and greatly reduced power consumption.
