一天元CT——901C型数字BP机液晶显示屏时常显示“≠”符号(超出服务区标志)且不能接收信息。分析与检修:因BP机工作在低电压小电流的条件下,非人为原因机器内的元件一般很难损坏,出现此故障多为接触不良、电池电压过低造成。测量此电池电压正常,拆下机器后盖下的两颗螺钉,发现用来连接该机射频板与逻辑板的插接件边,因电池电解液渗出一蓝色的结晶物,使放大后的中频信号短路,故出现上述故障。拔下射频板,焊下位于逻辑板上的插座,用酒精仔细清洗被污染处。干燥后焊好插座,装入射频板,上好螺钉,加电。液晶显示不再有“≠”符号。用电话拨此BP机号码证实故障排除。
