近年来,随着经济水平的提升,国人的体育锻炼意识在全民健身的影响下有了大幅度提升,尤其学生家长还是重视以往忽视的初中体育课程。其中立定跳远是初中体育考察学生身体素质是否达标的标准之一,一定程度上关系着身体速度、协调性和力量等爆发性训练。因此本文从站姿、蹬地动作、下肢与摆臂、针对性练习等多方面探讨立定跳远的教学与训练,望给予初中体育教师提供参考,从而能进一步提高学生身体素质。
In recent years, with the improvement of economic level, people’s awareness of physical exercise has greatly improved under the influence of the nationwide fitness program. In particular, the parents of students also attach importance to the junior high school sports curriculum that they neglected in the past. Among them, standing long jump is one of the criteria for whether physical quality of junior high school physical education students meets the standard or not, to a certain extent, the explosive training of body speed, coordination and strength. Therefore, this article discusses the teaching and training of standing long jump from many aspects such as stance, pedal action, lower limbs and swinging arms, targeted exercises and so on. It is hoped that junior high school PE teachers will be able to provide references to further improve the students’ physical fitness.
