Silica (SiO_2) on the alveolar macrophages damage is the most important part of the pathogenesis of silicosis, while aluminum citrate (lemon aluminum) on experimental silicosis and silicosis patients showed a certain effect. However, to date, there is a lack of systematic research on how the SiO 2 induces membrane damage through the interaction with the cell membrane and the membrane toxicology basis of the anti-damage effect of the citronium, especially its molecular mechanism. In this paper, fluorescence spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, cell electrophoresis, isothermal adsorption and other technical methods were used to study these two substances
