用Doppler超声测量左房减压时间可定量估计二尖瓣口面积(MVA),有助于观察二尖瓣狭窄病变的进展和选择最佳手术时机.但所用标准方法计算较为复杂.本文提出一种新方法,根据经二尖瓣口流速曲线推算MVA,不仅改善了准确性,且计算简单快速.方法:10例拟诊二尖瓣狭窄的患者(33~69岁),在心导管术前24小时内接受脉冲式Doppler检查.这些患者均有两维超声心动图(2DE)风湿性二尖瓣病变证据,按心导管法计算的MVA为0.7~2.2cm~2.每例患者的经二尖瓣Doppler流速曲线的条图记录复制20份,供10人(其中,Doppler专家、工作3年及1年的心脏科医师、超声心动图技
