多年来,已证明CaNa_3-DTPA对加速排出体内钚有明显的效果,但大量和长时间给药有毒副作用。微量元素锌、锰被排出是钙盐产生毒副作用的主要原因,因此有人推荐ZnNa_3-DTPA代替CaNa_3-DTPA,并在国外已有治疗报告。我们试用ZnNa_3-DTPA对钚内沾染7例进行促排治疗,现报告如下。 一、观察方法 7例钚内沾染者,均为男性,接触钚作业的工龄7~11年,曾多次在钚超过允许浓度的环境下工作。治疗用药为25%的ZnNa_3-DTPA针剂0.25g,肌肉注射,每天1次连用3天,为第1疗程。停药3~7天,再进行第2疗程。2例投药3个疗程,总量2.25g;5例2个疗程,总量1.5g。

Treatment of 25% ZnNa_3-DTPA injection 0.25g, intramuscular injection, once daily for 3 days, for the first course of treatment. 3 to 7 days withdrawal, and then the second course of treatment. 2 cases dosing 3 courses, the total 2.25g; 5 cases 2 courses, the total amount of 1.5g.
