加入WTO以来,我国经济得到了快速发展,外资进入我国产业的广度和深度正在不断加强,作为外商投资主体之一的跨国公司对我国企业的并购行为也在频繁发生,这对我国的产业安全甚至经济安全产生了现实和潜在的影响。本文首先探讨了近年来跨国公司并购行为对我国产业安全的积极和消极影响,然后从合理利用外资角度提出正确的产业安全观和相关建议。
Since China’s accession to the WTO, China’s economy has witnessed rapid development. The breadth and depth of foreign investment in our country’s industries are constantly strengthening. Multinationals, as one of the main foreign investment entities, also take place frequently in the mergers and acquisitions of Chinese enterprises. This is of great significance to China’s industrial safety and even Economic security has a real and potential impact. This article first explores the positive and negative impact of M & A of multinationals on China’s industrial safety in recent years, and then puts forward the correct view of industrial safety and related suggestions from the perspective of rational use of foreign investment.
