采用胶接共固化整体成型工艺制备了L形筋条,研究了模具配合、填充料、曲率半径、吸胶工艺等因素对L形筋条纤维密实和制造缺陷的影响规律,分析了缺陷形成机制。结果表明:厚度不均、架桥、富脂是L形筋条中存在的主要缺陷;采用软模辅助成型和加入适量填充料可改善筋条拐角区的压力分布,增大曲率半径和采用预吸胶工艺可降低拐角效应,从而可有效提高筋条纤维密实程度。
The L-shaped ribs were prepared by the glue-co-curing integral molding process. The effects of the factors such as die fitting, filler, radius of curvature, and adhesive suction technology on the densification and manufacturing defects of L-shaped ribs were studied. The results show that: uneven thickness, bridging, fat-rich are the main defects in the L-shaped ribs; using soft mold to help shape and add the appropriate amount of filler can improve the rib corner pressure distribution, increasing the radius of curvature and the use of pre- Absorption process can reduce the corner effect, which can effectively improve the degree of rib fiber density.
