Non-sulfide ore flotation practice can be vividly described as a combination of scientific theory and process development. In spite of the large amount of basic research carried out over the past few decades and making considerable progress in many theoretical aspects, to a certain extent, unlike the sulfide ore flotation, the processes developed in the practice of non-sulfide ore concentrates are often advanced In theory research. In the past a number of excellent commentary articles have been published highlighting the theory and practice of the concentrator. This article also reviewed the flotation of non-sulfide ore, mainly emphasizing the main differences between flotation of sulfide ore and non-sulfide ore, reviewed the latest progress of flotation of non-sulfide ore, and also put forward the industrial demand
