为了研究不同类型运动员左心形态功能特点,确定三种类型运动训练对心血管系统的作 用,我们应用超声心动图技术对三组优秀运动员(耐力、力量和速度项目)及无训练组进行了研究,每组各28名男青年,年龄18~25岁。主要研究结果如下:(1)耐力组无论是在左心室内径指数和主动脉根部内径指数方面还是在左心室重量和左室壁厚度指数方面都明显地大于其它三个组(P<0.01)。而力量组和速度组仅是左室重量和左室壁厚度指数轻度地高于对照组(P<0.05)。这与各组运动员长期大运动量训练所导致的不同血流动力学变化
In order to study the left ventricular morphology and functional characteristics of different types of athletes and to determine the effect of the three types of exercise training on the cardiovascular system, we studied three groups of elite athletes (endurance, strength and speed) and non-training groups using echocardiography , Each group of 28 young men, aged 18 to 25 years old. The main results are as follows: (1) The endurance group was significantly larger than the other three groups in both left ventricular diameter index and aortic root diameter index, left ventricular mass and left ventricular wall thickness index (P <0.01). However, only the left ventricular mass and left ventricular wall thickness index in the power group and the speed group were slightly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).
