对聚合物微球技术在强非均质高温油藏的应用进行了探讨。针对研究试验区块温度98℃,注入水矿化度16380mg/L,平均渗透率932×10-3μm2,渗透率差异较大(高渗透率8μm2,低渗透率8μm2)的特点,设计了2种尺寸的微球。采用聚合物微球复合表面活性剂调驱体系注入模式,分5段塞注入。双管物模试验表明采用以上设计岩心封堵率高,提高原油采收率效果显著。相匹配的微球设计及合理的注入设计使聚合物微球调剖技术成为强非均质高温油藏高含水期调剖堵水的有效技术。
The application of polymer microsphere technology in strong heterogeneous high temperature oil reservoir was discussed. Two-tube model tests show that the use of the above design core plugging rate, improve the recovery of crude oil effect is significant. The matched microsphere design and reasonable injection design make the polymer microsphere profile control technology become an effective technique of profile control and water plugging in the high water cut period of strong heterogeneous high temperature oil reservoir.
