通过测定秋枫叶片被灰同缘小叶蝉为害后生理生化指标的变化,探讨两者之间的相互关系。结果显示,灰同缘小叶蝉取食秋枫叶片后,叶片的过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著提高,分别是健康叶的1.43、1.12倍,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性则明显下降,仅是健康叶的0.88倍。试验结果还显示,灰同缘小叶蝉取食后秋枫叶片内的营养物质含量也发生明显变化,可溶性糖、游离氨基酸、蛋白质含量均明显升高,分别是健康叶的1.55、1.22、1.31倍。表明秋枫受害后,能够主动产生一系列生理生化反应来抵御攻击和维护自身更好生长。
The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of autumn maple leaves after being damaged by the ash and leafhopper were studied, and the correlation between them was discussed. The results showed that the activities of CAT and POD in leaves of C. glabra increased significantly after feeding on autumn leaves, 1.43 and 1.12 times higher than that of healthy leaves, respectively. However, the superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity decreased significantly, only 0.88 times the healthy leaves. The results also showed that the contents of nutrients in Qiu maple leaves also changed significantly after feeding, the contents of soluble sugar, free amino acids and protein were significantly increased, which were respectively 1.55, 1.22 and 1.31 times of that of healthy leaves . After the autumn maple victims, they can take the initiative to produce a series of physiological and biochemical reactions to resist attack and maintain their own better growth.
