白钨矿和黑钨矿的分离,应用较为普遍的选择性溶剂仍是1N草酸溶液,然而效果并不理想,因为黑钨矿在相同条件下,随着矿样粒度的减小,溶解率在9~15%之间波动,虽经校正,也往往得不到准确结果。本文在2N草酸溶液中加入一定量的铁(Ⅲ)作为选择性溶剂,情况有明显改善,黑钨矿的溶解率可降低至6%左右且较稳定,白钨矿的溶解率仍可达98%以上。
The scheelite and wolframite separation, the more common selective solvent is still 1N oxalic acid solution, but the effect is not ideal, because wolframite under the same conditions, with the reduction of ore particle size, the dissolution rate in the 9 ~ 15% fluctuations between, though corrected, often can not get accurate results. In this paper, a certain amount of iron (Ⅲ) was added as a selective solvent to 2N oxalic acid solution, the situation was significantly improved, the dissolution rate of wolframite can be reduced to about 6% and more stable, the dissolution rate of scheelite still up to 98 %the above.
