Leaders, experts and comrades: I am very happy to be one of the conveners of the Rehabilitation Association. The “Rehabilitation Association” has received strong support from the Ministry of Health, the General Logistics Department, and experts and comrades during the preparation process. Many authoritative experts from China have participated in the project. It is believed that the China Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation Rehabilitation Association can play its due role in its future work. The China Disabled Persons’ Welfare Fund was established a little more than a year and a half ago. During this period, it has encountered a large number of people with disabilities. The handicapped existed in history and were affected by the various levels of government in history.
