LYSY100—A型和 LYSY12—A 型离心式原油含水分析仪,是用离心法测原油含水的主体设备。“离心法”测原油含水,在我国油田上应用还是首次。该法是利用离心力使原油和水这两种重度不同而又互不相溶的液体所形成的乳状液(包括所含微量固体杂质)进行分离,从而达到测定原油的含水率。新研制的含水分析仪,经过一年多的室内试验和现场实液测试,证明用于测定原油含水率是行之有效的,它比人工化验工效高15倍左右。本文介绍离心式原油含水分析仪的结构、工作原理、技术性能、操作方法和试验结果等。
LYSY100-A and LYSY12-A Centrifugal Crude Oil Aqueous Analyzer, is the main equipment for measuring crude water content by centrifugation. “Centrifugal” test of crude oil water, oil field in China for the first time the application. The law is the use of centrifugal force of crude oil and water, these two very different but mutually immiscible liquid emulsion (including traces of solid impurities included) separation, so as to measure the moisture content of crude oil. The newly developed aqueous analyzer, after more than a year of indoor tests and on-site liquid test, proved effective for the determination of crude oil moisture content, which is about 15 times higher than the artificial test work efficiency. This article introduces the structure, working principle, technical performance, operation method and test results of centrifugal oil-water analyzer.
