由国家科委、中宣部、新闻出版署联合召开的全国首届优秀科技期刊表彰及经验交流大会于1992年12月26—28日在北京召开。这一全国优秀科技期刊评比活动是我国科技期刊史上的一件大事。这次大会,认真学习了党的十四大文件;全面回顾、总结、检阅了建国以来特别是十一届三中全会以来科技期刊出版事业取得的成绩;推动了科技期刊出版工作的改革;鼓舞并激发了广大编辑出版工作者的士气和热情;宣传了科技期刊在国民经济建设和科学技术发展中的地位和作用,对推动科技期刊的繁荣必将产生广泛、深远的影响。出席开幕式的有中宣部常务副部长郑必坚、国家科委副主任周平、中国科学院院长周光召、中宣部副部长惟泰丰、新闻出版署副署长王强华等领导同志。来自国务院各部委、局、公司、中国科学院、中国科协,省、自治区、直辖市科技期刊主管部门和获奖期刊的代表150人参加了会议。
The 1st National Excellent Science and Technology Periodical Commendation and Experience Sharing Conference jointly held by the State Science and Technology Commission, the Central Propaganda Department and the Press and Publication Administration was held in Beijing on December 26-28, 1992. This national excellent sci-tech periodical appraisal activity is a major event in the history of sci-tech periodical in our country. This congress conscientiously studied the 14 major documents of the party; comprehensively reviewed, summarized and reviewed the achievements made in the publishing of sci-tech periodicals since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, in particular since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee; promoted the reform in the publishing of sci-tech periodicals; And stimulated the morale and enthusiasm of the majority of editorial and publishing workers. They also promoted the status and role of sci-tech periodicals in the national economic construction and the development of science and technology, and will surely have a broad and far-reaching impact on the promotion of the sci-tech periodicals. At the opening ceremony, Zheng Bijian, executive vice minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Zhou Ping, vice director of the State Science and Technology Commission, Zhou Guangzhao, president of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wei Taifeng, vice minister of the Central Propaganda Department, and Wang Qiang Hua, deputy director of the Press and Publication Administration, attended the opening ceremony. 150 representatives from ministries, commissions, bureaus, companies, CAS, CAST, provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and journals of winning journals attended the meeting.
