目的考察8种不同型号的大孔吸附树脂对多被银莲花总皂苷的吸附性能。方法采用静态吸附方法确定适合的树脂型号;采用动态吸附方法,以总皂苷的得率为指标,确定工艺条件。结果HPD400型大孔吸附树脂对多被银莲花总皂苷具有良好的纯化富集作用,其工艺条件为:树脂药材质量比2∶1,上样液质量浓度为每10 mL含1 g药材,以10 BV.h-1的流速上样,洗脱溶剂用体积分数为70%的乙醇。结论用HPD400型大孔吸附树脂富集多被银莲花总皂苷所得提取物纯度较高,总皂苷得率75%以上,此工艺条件可行。
Objective To investigate the adsorption properties of 8 different types of macroporous adsorptive resins for total anthocyanins. Methods The static adsorption method was used to determine the suitable resin model. Using the dynamic adsorption method, the total saponin yield was used as an indicator to determine the process conditions. Results The HPD400 macroporous adsorption resin had good purification and enrichment effects on the total anisophoria total saponins. The process conditions were as follows: the mass ratio of the resin material was 2:1, and the mass concentration of the sample solution was 1 g of medicinal material per 10 mL. The flow rate of 10 BV.h-1 was applied. The elution solvent was 70% ethanol by volume. Conclusion The extracts obtained from HPD400 macroporous resin to enrich the total saponins of Anox lotus flower have higher purity and the total saponin yield is more than 75%. This process condition is feasible.
