由于地理交叉和文化交融的原因,边疆民族地区的稳定发展和治理是历来各个国家关注的重大问题。而面对当前全球化的背景,文化安全已经上升为边疆治理的首要问题,分析边疆民族地区的文化安全的重要性,并提出维护边疆民族地区和谐稳定发展的策略,对提高该地区的文化安全的保护、维护该地区的稳定发展以及整个国家的主权和领土完整,具有重要的现实意义。
