结直肠癌的高发病率及病死率成为严重的社会医疗问题,早期诊断在结直肠癌的治疗及预后有着至关重要的作用。有效的方法很多,特别是致癌分子机制不断完善的基础上发展非侵入性的筛查技术值得高度关注。该文主要介绍一些诊断结直肠癌的非侵入性检查手段,有助于结直肠癌的早期诊断。
The high morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer have become serious social medical problems. Early diagnosis plays a crucial role in the treatment and prognosis of colorectal cancer. There are many effective ways to develop non-invasive screening techniques, especially on the basis of the continuous improvement of carcinogenic molecular mechanisms. This article mainly introduces some noninvasive methods of diagnosing colorectal cancer and is helpful for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
