肿瘤放射免疫治疗近年已取得了很大进展,但存在的问题还很多。本文具体分析了作为导向载体的单克隆抗体的敏感性、特异性、异源性及穿透力;肿瘤抗原表达的异质性、抗原调变;肿瘤血管的特殊屏障作用;肿瘤细胞的放射敏感性;给药途径对放射免疫治疗的影响;血中游离抗原的中和作用;标记抗体的脱卤素作用及标记抗体从肿瘤细胞表面抗原上脱落;作为“弹头”的放射性核素的选择等因素对放射免疫治疗的影响。介绍了解决以上问题的一些方法与措施,并分析了放射免疫治疗的发展方向
