建立职业教育质量保障体系,首先要明确职业教育质量观,从时间维度来看,职业教育在不同发展阶段具有合规性、应需性、发展性的质量观,从空间维度来看,不同的职业教育利益主体——政府、企业、学校、教师、学生因其不同的利益诉求而具有不同的质量观。要建立职业教育质量保障体系,就要整合多元质量观,构建多元化的职业教育质量评价体系,明确职业教育质量保障体系中的主体地位,坚持共性与个性相统一的职业教育质量观。
To establish the quality assurance system of vocational education, we must first clear the view of quality of vocational education. From the time dimension, vocational education has the conception of compliance, necessity and development in different stages of development. From a spatial perspective, The main body of interests of vocational education - the government, enterprises, schools, teachers and students have different views of quality because of their different interest demands. To establish a quality assurance system of vocational education, we must integrate the concept of multiple qualities, build a diversified quality evaluation system of vocational education, clear the dominant position in the quality assurance system of vocational education, and adhere to the concept of quality of vocational education that has a commonness and individuality.
