作者选择丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)携带者和正常健康者各20例作外周血淋巴细胞的姐妹染色单体互换率(SCE)的比较分析,结果显示两组供血者的SCE值分别为6.757±0.102和4.967±0.076。差异呈十分显著性(P<0.005)。HCV组中期分裂相的M1,M2和M3三个细胞分裂周期的百分率分别为48.1±4.2;35.3±5.1和16.6±4.8。细胞分裂周期呈明显延长趋势。HCV携带者的染色体不稳定性提示HCV与原发性肝细胞癌(PHC)的发生可能具有重要相关性。
The authors compared the sister chromatid exchange rate (SCE) of 20 peripheral blood lymphocytes from 20 patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) carriers and normal controls. The results showed that the SCE values of two donors were 6 .757 ± 0.102 and 4.967 ± 0.076. The difference was significant (P <0.005). The percentage of M1, M2 and M3 cell division cycles in the mitotic phase of HCV group were 48.1 ± 4.2, 35.3 ± 5.1 and 16.6 ± 4.8, respectively. Cell division cycle was significantly longer. Chromosomal instability in HCV carriers suggests that HCV may have an important correlation with the development of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC).
