目的 研究 NF- k B在脂多糖诱发的急性肺损伤中的动态表达 ,证实 NF- k B参予炎症反应中的信号转导过程 .方法 纯种雄性昆明小鼠 36只随机分 6组 ,正常对照及不同时点致病组 ,致病组腹腔注射脂多糖形成急性肺损伤模型 ,采用 Western- blot法检测正常鼠及致病鼠肺组织中 NF- k B的总蛋白含量 ,进行统计学处理 (n≥ 3) .结果 脂多糖致病鼠肺组织中的 NF- k B的含量比正常鼠的 NF- k B的含量增高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,脂多糖致伤后 3h,NF- k B的含量最高 ,其前及其后均呈动态递减的趋势 (P<0 .0 1 ) .结论 信号转导分子 NF- k B参予了脂多糖所致急性肺损伤的炎症反应
Objective To investigate the dynamic expression of NF-κB in lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury and to confirm the involvement of NF-κB in the signal transduction of inflammatory response.Methods Thirty-six male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups Control and different time point pathogenic group, the pathological group of intraperitoneal injection of lipopolysaccharide to establish a model of acute lung injury, Western blot was used to detect the normal and pathogenic murine lung tissue NF-k B total protein content for statistical analysis (n ≥ 3) .Results The content of NF-κB in lung tissue of LPS-infected mice was higher than that of normal mice (P <0.01), 3 h after lipopolysaccharide injury, NF - k B was the highest, with a trend of decreasing dynamically before and after (P <0.01) .Conclusion Signal transduction molecule NF-κB is involved in the inflammation of acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide
