随着家庭影院的普及,住宅设计的隔音处理已刻不容缓。最近,笔者对粘土实心砖住宅、粘土空心砖住宅、砼小型空心砌块住宅等分别作了抽样调查,用户反应最多的是砌块建筑的隔音问题,如某砌块建筑的住户谈到:夜深人静的时候,隔壁的搓麻将声清晰可辨;上下左右住户的家庭卡拉OK声震耳欲聋等。针对这些问题,笔者设计了下面四种方案,供大家选择使用。 一、楼梯间隔墙和分户隔墙的砌块孔洞内应以水泥膨胀珍珠岩(或水泥炉渣、水泥发泡聚苯乙烯)等轻质材料填实,且各入户门应有保温隔音功能。 二、楼梯间隔墙和分户隔墙的双面粉刷层均为20mm的保温砂浆。
With the popularity of home theaters, soundproofing of residential design has become a pressing task. Recently, the author made a sample survey of clay solid brick residential buildings, clay hollow brick residential buildings, and small concrete hollow block residential houses. The users most frequently responded to the problem of sound insulation of block buildings. For example, a building block owner mentioned that the night is very quiet. At that time, the ramie next door was clearly visible; the karaoke sounds of the households on the upper and lower left and right were deafening. For these problems, the author designed the following four options for everyone to use. First, the partition walls of the staircase and the walls of the partition walls should be filled with lightweight materials such as cement-expanded perlite (or cement slag, cement expanded polystyrene), and the doors should have insulation and sound insulation.
