摩擦离合器—制动器在大、中型锻压机械中应用比较普遍。但控制系统要保证离合器结合时,制动器必须先脱开,制动器结合时,离合器必须先脱开,这就是通常所说的“联锁控制”。我厂设计的产品上,原来采用了气路正联锁空气分配阀系统(参看《曲柄压力机设计》一书),这种联锁方式动作先后相隔的时间据资料介绍为0.02秒。我们在生产制造中常常感到这个时间间隔不够。常常因一些偶然因素,增加了一些机械阻力,则这时离合器的主动盘瞬时脱开的动作就不灵敏。当制动器结合的一瞬间,离合器的主动盘并没有真正完全脱开。虽然此刻离合器气缸里的气压已经减小,但这种离合器不能完全脱开的情况,给制动器增加
