温练昌,清华大学美术学院教授。1927年生,广东省梅县人。1948年考入杭州国立艺专,1951年毕业于中央美术学院华东分院(现中国美术学院),并留校当研究生。1952年转入中央美术学院,1953年研究生毕业,同时任教于中央美术学院实用美术系。1956年—1996年在中央工艺美术学院任教,历任染织美术系主任、院学术委员会委员、学位委员、职称委员。曾任中国工艺美术学会副会长、中国工艺美术学会地毯专业委员会主任、中国流行色协会顾问,现任中国工艺美术学会纤维艺术委员会主任。曾获1978年科技大会奖,享受国务院特殊津贴,2006年获中国工艺美术终身成就奖。日前,清华大学美术学院院史编修组记者走访了温练昌教授。在院庆50周年前夕,特刊发访谈中有关学院教学发展的部分内容。
Wen Lian Chang, Tsinghua University, Professor of Fine Arts. Born in 1927, Mei County, Guangdong Province. He was admitted to Hangzhou National Art College in 1948 and graduated from East China Branch of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1951 (now China Academy of Art). In 1952 transferred to the Central Academy of Fine Arts, graduate in 1953, at the same time taught at the Central Academy of Fine Arts Department of Fine Arts. From 1956 to 1996, he taught at the Central Academy of Arts and Crafts. He successively held the posts of director of department of dyeing and weaving arts, member of academic committee, academic degree committee and professional title committee. Former vice president of China Arts and Crafts Society, China Arts and Crafts Institute carpet professional committee, China Fashion Color Association consultant, the Chinese Arts and Crafts Society Fiber Art Committee. Won the 1978 Science and Technology Conference Award, enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, 2006 won the China Arts and Crafts Lifetime Achievement Award. A few days ago, reporters from Tsinghua University’s Academy of Fine Arts compiled a history interview with Professor Wen Lianchang. On the eve of the fiftieth anniversary of the celebration of the academy, some special reports on the development of teaching in the college were issued.
