研究了一种新型结构的蓄热墙体日光温室,该温室墙体以砾石为主要材料,由铅丝网笼固定,砾石之间的缝隙可以加强热空气的流动,从而增强墙体的蓄热性能,分析研究了新型砾石墙体结构日光温室与普通砖墙日光温室室内光照强度、温度及墙体内部温度的差别。结果表明:新型砾石墙体结构日光温室与普通砖墙日光温室相比,光照强度没有明显差异;室内平均温度在典型晴天提高了4.0℃,典型阴天提高了5.0℃,典型雪天提高了3.2℃;墙体内部温度均有提高,其中距离内表面40cm处最为明显,在晴、阴、雪天分别平均提高9.8、6.4、4.8℃。试验表明砾石适宜作为日光温室墙体蓄热材料,保温效果良好。
A new type of heat storage wall solar greenhouse was studied. The main wall of the greenhouse was gravel, which was fixed by a wire mesh cage. The gap between the gravel could enhance the flow of hot air and enhance the heat storage performance of the wall The differences of indoor light intensity, temperature and internal temperature of the sunlight in the fresh gravel wall structure and ordinary brick wall sunlight greenhouse were analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in light intensity between the new gravel wall solar greenhouse and ordinary brick wall solar greenhouse. Average indoor temperature increased by 4.0 ℃ in typical sunny days, 5.0 ℃ in typical cloudy days and 3.2 ℃ in typical snowy days ℃; the internal temperature of the wall has increased, of which 40cm from the inner surface of the most obvious in the clear, cloudy and snow days, respectively, an average increase of 9.8,6.4,4.8 ℃. Experiments show that gravel suitable as solar greenhouse wall heat storage material, thermal insulation effect is good.
