电力是能源企业,支撑着国家的经济的命脉,它的产品和服务涉及到我们的方方面面,是保证我国的工农业、第三产业的服务业及政府运行的基础。近年来,随着国家对电力行业监管方式的改革,方式越来越完善。对节能降耗、无污染而有可靠的能源及提供的服务提出了新的要求。但是,这些改变细化到公司的每一个部门和每一个员工去实现。因此,管理好人是进行改革的基础,电力企业对人力资源管理研究具有很强的现实性和参考性。
Electricity is an energy enterprise that supports the lifeline of the country’s economy.
