在紧固件生产中,缩径是生产工艺中一道比较重要的工序,也是较容易出现问题的一道工序。如果缩径质量不稳定,那么产品质量也就不能保证。我们曾经生产过一种紧固件产品,其杆径为φ5mm,下料长度为250mm,要求开M5×50的螺纹,这里就遇到了缩径问题。由于工件为细长直杆,采用整模缩径或开合模缩径时,均出现了不稳定状态,料杆有弯曲和镦粗现象。这就需要有一种特殊的工装来保证缩杆工艺,为此我们设计制造出一套专用于细长杆螺栓缩径的模具,我们称它为销紧式缩径模具。经使用,效果极好,很好地解决了采用其他方法缩径所出现的问题。现将该模具的结构、工作原理及特点介绍如下。
