绩效管理在人力资源管理中处于核心地位,也是我国企业管理制度配套改革中的重要环节。我国企业在绩效体系设置、程序执行、管理思路等方面存在明显问题,成为影响绩效水平提升的风险因素。因此,升级绩效管理制度,建立符合企业实际的绩效管理体系,是企业制度改革的重大战略任务和目标。
Performance management in the human resources management is at the core, but also an important part of the reform of China’s enterprise management system. China’s enterprises have obvious problems in performance system setup, program execution and management thinking, which have become the risk factors that affect the performance improvement. Therefore, upgrading the performance management system and establishing a performance management system that is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise is a major strategic task and goal of the reform of the enterprise system.
