目的探讨老年结直肠癌患者的围手术期护理措施。方法回顾性分析37例结直肠癌患者的临床资料，总结护理措施，分析护理效果。结果37例患者均顺利完成手术，术中无并发症出现。所有患者术后均未出现并发症，均顺利恢复出院。结论围手术期给予全面的护理干预．能降低老年结直肠癌患者术后并发症．提高其术后生存质量．
