利用布氏粘度仪测试了不同条件下橡胶沥青的60℃粘度,对不同条件影响的粘度变化规律进行了研究,并在条件组合下对橡胶沥青的最大粘度值(60℃)进行了分析。研究发现,橡胶沥青制备时的反应温度、搅拌时间及胶粉颗粒的目数对橡胶沥青的粘度均具有明显的影响,同时在不同的条件组合下,橡胶沥青的粘度差异很大,在橡胶颗粒的粒径60目,175℃的搅拌温度下搅拌70~75min时,得到的橡胶沥青的60℃粘度最大。
The Brookfield viscometer was used to test the viscosities of rubber asphalt at 60 ℃ under different conditions. The viscosity changes under different conditions were studied. The maximum viscosity of rubber asphalt at 60 ℃ was analyzed under the condition combination. It is found that the reaction temperature, the mixing time and the number of particles of rubber powder have a significant effect on the viscosity of rubber asphalt at the same time. Under the different conditions, the viscosity of rubber asphalt varies greatly. Of the particle size of 60 mesh, 175 ℃ stirring temperature stirring 70 ~ 75min, the resulting rubber asphalt viscosity of 60 ℃ maximum.
