铝合金熔体与陶瓷增强体的润湿性通常较差,提高铝合金熔体对陶瓷增强体的润湿性能是制备高性能陶瓷/铝基复合材料的关键。综述了铝合金熔体对陶瓷增强体润湿性的研究现状,着重分析讨论了铝合金成分、铝熔体表面的氧化膜、陶瓷表面状态及制备工艺等对润湿性能的影响,介绍了一些现有提高其润湿性能的工艺方法。
The wettability of aluminum alloy melt and ceramic reinforcements is usually poor. Improving the wettability of aluminum alloy melt to ceramic reinforcements is the key to prepare high-performance ceramic / aluminum matrix composites. The current research status of aluminum alloy melt on the wettability of ceramic reinforcements is reviewed. The effects of the composition of the aluminum alloy, the oxide film on the surface of the aluminum melt, the surface state of the ceramic and the preparation process on the wettability are introduced. Some Existing methods to improve the wetting properties of the process.
