本文简述了氟利昂喷射制冷理论,重点是用计算机对6种不同氟利昂工质的喷射制冷循环,进行了热力分析与(火用)分析。根据计算结果,得到了制冷系统运行各参数对制冷系数、(火用)效率的影响关系;指出了最大(火用)损设备,并提出了减少(火用)损的有效措施。最后对6种不同氟利昂工质进行了比较,提出了较为适宜的工质。本文从理论上论证了氟-喷制冷的可行性,为今后的进一步研究提供了参考。
In this paper, the theory of Freon jet cooling is briefly introduced. The emphasis is on the computer analysis of the jet refrigeration cycle of six different Freon refrigerants. The thermal analysis and exergy analysis are carried out. According to the calculation results, the relationship between the parameters of refrigeration system and the exergy efficiency is obtained. The maximum exergy loss equipment is pointed out, and the effective measures to reduce exergy loss are proposed. Finally, six kinds of freon working fluids were compared, and the more suitable working fluids were put forward. This paper proves the feasibility of fluorine-spray cooling theoretically, which provides a reference for further research in the future.
