多发性骨髓瘤是淋巴—浆细胞系统的恶性疾病,发病率近年有增多的趋势,据统计约占1～2/10万人/年。有时由于其表现不典型易被误诊。现将我院10年来收治的15例及浆细胞白血病1例,分析报告如下:
