研究表明,在10%的蔗糖浓度培养基上,于25-26℃条件下,辣椒花粉萌发最好。此外,还提出了生产上和杂交工作中防止落花的建议及方法。
Studies have shown that in the 10% sucrose concentration medium, under 25-26 ℃ conditions, the best pollen germination. In addition, suggestions and methods for preventing falling flowers in production and in hybridization have also been proposed.
