音乐专业学生由于具备注重追求、自我约束力较差,喜欢突出自我、班级集体意识淡薄,以及高考分数要求较低、文化水平相对较低等特征,导致该群体成为了班级管理中的难点。正义与关怀情感的融入对于提高音乐专业学生班级管理效果具有非常显著的效果,笔者以下就对在班级管理中坚持有关怀的正义及坚持有正义的关怀班级管理措施进行了分析,以期为提高音乐专业学生班级管理水平提供帮助。
