案例甲公司与乙公司签订协议,约定甲公司以150万元将其所有的一宗国有建设用地使用权转让给乙公司。按照约定,乙公司及时将价款打入甲公司账户。然而在办理土地使用权过户手续过程中,该宗地市场价已涨至200多万元,甲公司遂迟迟不予申请办理土地过户登记手续。乙公司催告未果,将甲公司起诉至法院。法院依法判决甲公司申请办理土地过户登记手续,但甲公司仍拒不履行该判决。依当事人申请,法院作出强制执行裁定,向国土资源主管部门发出《协助执行通知书》,请求协助将该宗国有建设
Case A Company signed an agreement with Company B, which stipulated that Company A should transfer all its use rights of state-owned construction land to Company B for 1.5 million yuan. In accordance with the agreement, Company B promptly into the price of a company account. However, during the process of transferring ownership of land use rights, the market price of the parcel has risen to more than 2 million yuan. Therefore, Company A did not apply for the transfer of land registration formally. Company B reported unsuccessfully, a company sued to the court.
