本文讨论了近年来我们研制成的一种X波段高稳定本振源,它应用于非相干体制的MTl、MTD雷达。该稳定本振源由一个微波锁相环路(PLL)和一种新型自动频率控制电路(AFC)组成,文中分析了影响微波输出信号频谱纯度和相位噪声的主要因素。讨论了一种由低通滤波器构成的频率——电压单值响应的鉴频器及模数混合型自频控电路,该本振源不仅可满意地工作在锁相稳频状态,而且亦能工作在跟踪发射机频率变化状态,最后,给出了主要性能及实验结果。
In this paper, we discuss a high-stability X-band local oscillator we developed in recent years, which is applied to MTl and MTD radar with non-coherent system. The stable local oscillator consists of a microwave phase-locked loop (PLL) and a new type of automatic frequency control circuit (AFC). The main factors affecting the spectral purity and phase noise of the microwave output signal are analyzed. A frequency-to-voltage single-valued frequency discriminator and a mixed-mode self-frequency control circuit with a low-pass filter are discussed. The local oscillator not only works satisfactorily in phase-locked and frequency-stabilized state but also Can work in tracking the transmitter frequency changes, and finally, gives the main performance and experimental results.
