现阶段,我国大型施工项目中资金管理的方式都是分散型资金支付方式,大型施工项目中,涉及的内容较多,专业性较强,对资金的管理和控制是一项重点内容。分散型资金支付经手的程序多,受人员、环境,业务能力的影响较大。用资金集中管控系统就是为了能够从根本上解决大型施工项目资金数额较大,管理容易出现混乱的状况。资金集中管控系统的应用,能够使施工项目的各个环节,都有规划的稳定运行,保证施工项目能够在质量高、周期短的条件下顺利开展。本文从三个方面阐述了大型施工项目资金集中管控系统的优势和具体应用。
