目的:观察杞元膏加味对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法:Wistar雄性大鼠70只,随机抽取10只作为正常对照组(生理盐水),其余以高糖高脂饲料诱导加链脲佐菌素(STZ)35 mg.kg-1ip建立2型糖尿病模型,7 d后选取成模大鼠50只,按血糖高低分为模型对照组(生理盐水)、药物对照组(盐酸二甲双胍0.5 g.kg-1)、杞元膏加味组(低、中、高剂量组以生药计分别为2.5,5,10 g.kg-1),每组10只。连续ig给药3周后,观察各组大鼠血糖、血脂、血清胰岛素等变化。结果:空腹血糖杞元膏加味低、中、高剂量组由模型组(22.00±1.30)mmol.L-1降为(16.00±1.22),(14.63±1.30),(13.25±1.28)mmol.L-1(P<0.05);血清胰岛素杞元膏加味低、中、高剂量组由模型组(11.86±0.79)μg.L-1升为(16.17±0.99),(18.11±0.75),(19.07±0.77)μg.L-1(P<0.05);杞元膏加味低、中、高剂量组均能降低大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(P<0.05),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(P<0.05)。结论:杞元膏加味对糖尿病大鼠有降低血糖,改善血脂,升高血清胰岛素的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qi Yuan cream on blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: Seventy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group (n = 10) and high glucose and high fat diet (STZ 35 mg.kg-1 ip) to induce type 2 diabetes mellitus Fifty rats were randomly divided into model control group (saline), drug control group (metformin hydrochloride 0.5 g.kg-1), Qi Yuan cream modified group (low, medium and high Dosage group were 2.5,5 and 10 g.kg-1 respectively, with 10 in each group. After ig administration for 3 weeks, the changes of blood glucose, blood lipids and serum insulin in each group were observed. Results: The fasting blood glucose, Qi Yuan cream, low, medium and high dose groups were reduced to (16.00 ± 1.22), (14.63 ± 1.30) and (13.25 ± 1.28) mmol.L respectively in model group (22.00 ± 1.30 mmol.L- -1 (P <0.05). The levels of serum insulin and Qi Yuan cream in low, medium and high dose group were increased from (11.86 ± 0.79) μg.L-1 to (16.17 ± 0.99), (18.11 ± 0.75) and ± 0.77) μg.L-1 (P <0.05). The QWG plus low, medium and high dose groups could reduce the level of triglyceride (TG), cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C) (P <0.05), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qi Yuan cream flavored diabetic rats have lower blood sugar, improve blood lipids, increase serum insulin.
