小学数学在小学学习中占据着极其重要的地位。但是小学数学相比其他学科而言,难度比较大,需要记忆和理解的知识也比较多,很多学生找不到数学学习的方法,再加上教师的教学方式存在着一定的问题,导致学生的学习效率很低,尤其是高年级学生,他们的数学学习任务更艰巨。新课标对学生的数学学习提出了更高要求,无形中也对教师的教学提出了更高要求,教师要采取有效措施提高课堂有效性,让学生更快、更多地学到数学知识。那教师应该如何做呢?对此问题做出简要解析。
