目的 观察研究人参总皂甙 (GS)对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 采用SD大鼠右侧肾切除 ,左侧肾蒂夹闭 6 0min肾缺血后再灌注模型。将SD大鼠随机分组 ,除正常对照组外 ,分别注射生理盐水及人参总皂甙 (GS)预防性用药。结果 GS组能明显抑制缺血再灌注所致的血及肾组织脂质过氧化代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)的升高以及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的降低 ,肾病理学损害及超微结构改变明显改善。结论 GS对肾缺血再灌注损伤具保护作用 ,可能主要是通过抗脂质过氧化作用 ,保护抗氧化酶活性 ,清除氧自由基 (OFR)而实现的
Objective To observe the protective effect of ginsenosides (GS) on renal ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods The right renal nephrectomy was performed in SD rats and the left renal pedicle was clamped for 60 min. SD rats were randomly divided into groups and normal saline and ginsenosides (GS) were used as prophylactic agents in addition to the normal control group. RESULTS: In the GS group, the increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) and the decrease of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in blood and kidney tissues induced by ischemia-reperfusion were significantly inhibited, renal pathological damage and ultrasonography were observed. Microstructure changes have significantly improved. Conclusion GS has a protective effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury, which may be achieved mainly through anti-lipid peroxidation, protection of antioxidant enzyme activity, and elimination of oxygen free radicals (OFR).
