本文用低硒饲料(硒含量0.009mg/kg)和低硒饲料补亚硒酸钠(硒含量0.232mg/kg)分别喂养大鼠,对比观察喂养1,2和3个月时两组大鼠心肌线粒体超氧阴离子自由基(O_2)生成率、锰-超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性及血硒浓度。结果表明:低硒组大鼠心肌线抗体O_2生成率在喂养2和3个月时,分别显著高于同月补硒组;在喂养各月两组间Mn-SOD活性无显著性差别;低硒组大鼠血硒浓度各月均明显低于补硒组并逐月下降。提示硒可抑制心肌线粒体O_2产生能力。
