In September, the autumn season is cool. For the Shanghai pharmaceutical industry, it is a beautiful moment. The ’94 Shanghai Pharmaceutical Briefing Meeting’ sponsored by the State Science and Technology Commission and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government was held in Shanghai’s New Jin Jiang Tower.
