随着国有企业分配制度的不断完善和创新,在这样的机制下,人力资本的财务激励与约束机制的健全与完善对于我国国企的生存与发展至关重要。本文主要通过委托代理理论阐明国有企业财务激励与约束机制的必要性,并根据当前存在的具体问题提出几点可行性建议。
With the continuous improvement and innovation of the distribution system of state-owned enterprises, under such a system, the soundness and improvement of financial incentives and restraint mechanisms for human capital are crucial to the survival and development of state-owned enterprises in our country. This paper mainly clarifies the necessity of financial incentive and restraint mechanism of state-owned enterprises through principal-agent theory and puts forward some feasible suggestions according to the specific problems that exist at present.
