目的对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童进行探究性眼球运动检测,探讨其执行功能。方法应用眼球运动轨迹标记记录仪,对ADHD患儿(病例组)和健康儿童(健康对照组)进行探究性眼球运动检查,比较2组儿童眼球注视点数目(NEF)、反应性探究分(RSS),应用SPSS13.0软件进行t检验。结果病例组NEF为(19.95±4.12)个,RSS评分为(3.95±1.43)分;健康对照组NEF为(27.69±3.70)个,RSS评分为(6.00±1.63)分;2组患儿NEF个数及RSS评分比较差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.80、3.96,Pa<0.01)。结论 ADHD儿童NEF、RSS降低,可能反映了ADHD儿童中与额叶-纹状体环路有关的执行功能受损。
Objective To investigate exploratory eye movements in children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and discuss their executive functions. Methods The eyes of ADHD children (case group) and healthy children (healthy control group) were enrolled in this study. The eyes of children with ADHD (norm of eyeball fixation), reactive exploration score (RSS) ), Using SPSS13.0 software for t test. Results NEF in case group was (19.95 ± 4.12), RSS score was (3.95 ± 1.43), NEF in healthy control group was (27.69 ± 3.70), RSS score was (6.00 ± 1.63) There was significant difference between the number of RSS and RSS score (t = 5.80, 3.96, Pa <0.01). Conclusions NEF and RSS decreased in children with ADHD, possibly reflecting impaired executive function associated with the frontal-striatal circuits in children with ADHD.
