建立基于Deform-3D有限元软件的AISI1045钢切削加工物理仿真模型,运算获取切削温度场分布数据。通过单一变量因素的切削加工仿真试验,分析切削用量参数对切削温度的影响。仿真结果表明,切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量都与切削温度呈正相关关系。研究对实际生产中控制工件受热变形、延长刀具寿命,合理选择切削加工参数具有积极意义。
The physical simulation model of AISI1045 steel cutting machining based on Deform-3D finite element software was established and the cutting temperature field distribution data were obtained. Through the simulation experiment of machining with single variables, the influence of cutting parameters on the cutting temperature is analyzed. The simulation results show that the cutting speed, feed rate and back-eating amount have a positive correlation with the cutting temperature. Research on the actual production of controlled workpiece heating deformation, extend tool life, a reasonable choice of cutting parameters has a positive meaning.
